It’s time to get ready for the Wally Martin 3-Meter and Synchro meet on July 15 at Oak Marr!  In hopes of encouraging more participation, there have been some rule changes for the Junior events.  Juniors may now do entries (fall-offs) and jumps on 3M.  Please refer to the ruleset under "Documents" in the folder "NVSL Dive Championship Meet Information".

There are 5 one-hour practice time slots available at Oak Marr during the following dates/times:  

Friday 7/13 from 6:30-9:30pm

Saturday 7/14 from 4-6pm

If you would like to sign up for a practice time, email me at clarkmail@verizon.net or reply to this email.  Please include a first and second choice time slot and let me know how many divers will be attending. A coach must attend the practice with your divers.

The registration deadline for the 3M portion of the meet is 5pm on Friday, July 13.  3M registration will open soon on divemeets.com.  Setting up an account is free, and the registration fee for this meet is $5. 

For the Synchro meet, we will be using paper meet sheets which can be found in the same folder.  They must be submitted via email or snail mail to me by 9am, Saturday 7/14.  My address is 4610 4th St. S, Arlington VA  22204.  There is no fee to register for Synchro.

Please encourage as many of your divers as possible to participate in or come watch this fun meet!  It’s a great way for them to try diving events that they may not have been exposed to before, and the events move quickly.  I hope to see many new faces this year.
