The Lee Graham Diving Dolphins are accepting applicants for Head Coach for the 2025 season. Lee Graham is diving in Division 3 and expects around 50-60 divers on the team. Applicants must be lifeguard certified and a background check may be required. The Head Coach must meet all NVSL coach requirements including but not limited to SafeSport and Concussion training. The Head Coach should follow a positive coaching methodology and possess mature judgment and sound decision-making.

Due to the short nature of the season the head coach is expected to be available for all practices, meets and events to include:

• Monday through Friday Practices starting in the afternoons Tuesday after Memorial Day and between 10:15 - 1:15 starting on or around June 12th

• Attend all A and B dive meets plus Wally Martin, Crackerjack, Divisionals and All Star meets. 

• Dive Awards Night Tuesday, July 22nd
