The Hayfield Farm Seahawks Dive Team is seeking a Head Dive Coach for the 2026 summer season. Competing in NVSL Division 3, our team typically has about 40 divers ranging in age from 6 to 18 with varying levels of experience.

We are looking for a coach with high school, competitive club or college diving experience. Candidates should be energetic, enjoy working with kids of all ages. Candidates should not only have the ability to hone divers’ skills, but also provide a fun, yet structured, learning environment. The coach must be adept at providing positive feedback and creating and maintaining a fun and safe environment.

Candidates MUST have current CPR training. Lifeguard and pool operators certification is a plus, but not required. The coach will be required to meet all NVSL coaching requirements including, but not limited to, SafeSport and Concussion training.

Practices begin the Tuesday after Memorial Day, running in the afternoons until school ends and shifting to mornings through late July, with the season concluding at the All-Stars meet.
