The Chesterbrook Swim and Tennis Club Dive Team is seeking a dive coach to join our team for the 2026 summer season and beyond. We are a Division 4 team of approximately 40 divers of varying skill.  The assistant coach will serve as co-coach with our head coach and supervise 2-3 junior coaches.  

 

We are looking for an assistant coach with high school, club, or college diving experience.  Prior coaching experience is desired but not required. Absolutely required is a positive attitude and a love of teaching.  Our Dive Team places an emphasis on our divers having fun and developing a love for diving. 

The coach should be able to attend all practices and meets (exceptions may be granted).  Practices are held in the afternoons until school is out, then mornings between approximately 8am and noon during the season. Meets are Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We offer a generous salary.
