The Fairfax Station Swim and Tennis Club is seeking an assistant dive coach to join our team for the 2026 season.  We are a Division 2 team with approximately 50-60 divers of varying skill.  The assistant coach will assist our Head Coach, work with some of the more developing divers on the side and run some practices and B-meets, along with our other assistant coach, when our head coach cannot be present.  You will also be expected to assist with our championship meets, such as Crackerjack and Divisionals.

 

We are looking for someone with experience as a diver themselves, either for their local dive team, high school or college.  We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who values good sportsmanship over winning.  Must enjoy working with children and be available for pep rallies on Friday nights as well.

 

Dive practices are held three days a week after school in the spring, then switch to every weekday morning after school lets out.  Meets are every Tuesday & two Thursdays during the season.  Championship meets are all day on Sunday toward the end of the season.
