The Truro Dive Team is seeking an energetic Dive Coach for the 2026 summer season to lead a youth dive program serving athletes from beginners to experienced competitors. The coach should be able to develop technical skills while fostering a fun, structured, and encouraging learning environment that prioritizes safety and positivity.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading weekday practices begining the Tuesday after Memorial Day, running in the afternoons until school ends, and shifting to mornings through late July, with the season concluding at the All-Stars meet
- Supervising assistant coaches
- Coaching athletes at dual meets, championship meets, and optional invitational events

Qualifications:
- Candidates MUST have current CPR training. Lifeguard and pool operators certification is a plus, but not required. The coach will be required to meet all NVSL coaching requirements including, but not limited to, SafeSport and Concussion training.
- Competitive diving background (high school, summer league, club, or college), strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for working with young athletes.
- Coaching experience preferred but not required.
